Description
Nicole Lively, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master’s degree in Social Work. A native of Central Florida, Nicole joined Grace Clinic while concurrently providing care to patients and families with a hospice company in Central Florida. While working with hospice she developed her abilities to relate and show compassion for individuals and families experiencing grief and loss. Nicole has also enjoyed the privilege of serving as a youth pastor’s wife at a local church where she began developing her skills in relating with teenagers. Over the years, Nicole has developed a passion for teenagers and young adults struggling with broken relationships, past trauma, grief , femininity, anxiety disorders and depression. She has been married for over 6 years and enjoys spending time outdoors, crafting, and sharing quality time with friends and family.
Formal Education and Training
I hold a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL

My specialties include grief and loss, teenage issues, anxiety, depression, and relational problems.

Fees
My fee is $100 for a 45-50 minute session. Financial assistance forms are available.
Insurance Information
Although I do not directly file insurance, I do provide a comprehensive reciept that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Driving Directions
From I-4, take the Lee Road exit and go east. Turn right on 17/92, then left at Webster (the first light). Go 4 blocks and take a right on Park Avenue. We are located on the right in the Brandywine Square. You can either park on the street on Park or Cole, or in our parking lot in the rear of the building.

I can't say enough about how great of a counselor Nicole is! Thoughtful, sensitive, and skillful. Nicole is able to draw out areas of my life that need to be explored and helps point me to the path of healing and grace.
