Grace Clinic Holdings, LLC does not examine, determine, or provide a warranty with respect to the competence of any care-giver listed in the Christian Counseling Resource Directory (the "Directory"). User agrees that User's use of this Directory to locate a care-giver is wholly voluntary and the user further agrees that User's use of the Directory or a care-giver, or reliance on the advice or direction of a care-giver, shall not result in any liability against Grace Clinic Holdings, LLC. With respect to all use of the Directory and the care-givers listed herein, the user fully and voluntarily releases Grace Clinic Holdings, LLC from any claim, demand or other legal action of any nature it has, had, or may have against Grace Clinic Holdings, LLC related to the use of the Directory. In no event shall Grace Clinic Holdings, LLC be liable for damages to any user of the Directory for the selection of any care-giver, for the services provided by any listed care-giver, or for any damages which may occur relating to the use of the Directory or care-giver.

As used herein, Grace Clinic Holdings, LLC shall be defined to include all directors, officers, employees, volunteers, members, and agents. Grace Clinic Holdings, LLC cannot and does not provide any warranties related to the information contained in an individual care-giver profile, nor the resulting services that may be provided by a listed care-giver. All the information in the care-giver profile is provided by the care-giver. Grace Clinic Holdings, LLC does not verify or warrant that the statements are true and that the information provided is not false, misleading, or deceptive. In addition, Grace Clinic Holdings, LLC does not verify or warrant the accuracy of any listed license/certification information. The User is encouraged to check with the appropriate state regulatory body or other credentialing organization to confirm the currency and accuracy of all license/certification information. By performing a Directory search, User agrees that User understands and accepts the terms and conditions of the Christian Counseling Resource Directory outlined above.
