Unbridled or unidentified anger can be destructive to others and to ourselves. But when we are willing to look at where it's coming from and what we truly want when we're feeling it, we can move from destruction to love, relationship, and hope.
As Good As It Gets?

Sometimes we ask ourselves if this life is as good as it gets. When we are disconnected from God or life doesn't look how we'd like, we find ways to numb ourselves from the disappointment. But numbing from disappointment also numbs us from joy.
